My First 5 Day Fast

OMG that was crazy! Why would I do such a thing??? I’ll tell you why… the health benefits are huge! And experts keep discovering more benefits. There’s a right way and a wrong way of doing a fast of course. I’ll go over the benefits and the right way to do it but first I am reminded of a story about the doctor that discovered bacteria on hands. I am reminded of this story because there are a lot of people that will think fasting is crazy. And it is in a way. I’ll get into that too.

My Favorite Pre-Workout

I want to tell you about the greatest pre-workout I have ever discovered. First, I am going to bash all other pre-workout crap. The first pre-workout I ever took was ephedrine with caffeine and ASA stack. I quickly got addicted to this stack. There is nothing good for you in this stack. They all have side effects. The ephedrine and caffeine don’t let you sleep the ephedrine as well has a history of causing heart problems.  ASA causes leaky gut syndrome.

Let me start with a little background info first. I am a personal trainer and I have had abs most of my life give or take a time or 2. Recently, I have been eating out a lot and drinking more than usual. I now make my own wine and my house is stocked with wine and cider and leftover beverages from new year’s eve. Holy crap there’s a lot of methods! My favorite? The keto-diet or ketogenic diet. Sit back, you’re going to want to hear this.
