Don't worry the workout is customized to YOUR ability, so each person has their OWN individually designed program made for THEIR body and THEIR particular needs.

1. You have to be serious about achieving your goals.

If you want to sit on the couch eating bon bons all day, we can’t work together.
2. You must make time to exercise.
This means that you’re going to have to get up and move.
You don’t have to become a bodybuilder but we will need to find something you like and do it.
3. You MUST follow directions. (Don’t worry, I won’t ask you
to do anything weird.)
After all, if you don’t actually implement the stuff I give you,
neither one of us will see the results we want.
