Like a lot of you, I am stuck at home now. Times are pretty uncertain, and for some, it’s pretty scary, for others, this may be an opportunity. As a holistic personal trainer, I want to see people taking this opportunity to get in the best shape of their lives! 

Times like these are the best times to double down on sending love to those around us. Contributing to others is one of the most significant factors that create happiness. As such, I AM OFFERING FREE WORKOUT PROGRAMS! 

If all you want is a program to follow at home, then I’ll send you one. Just download the app which has videos to explain each exercise, and I will design a program for your needs. If you want exercises emailed to you, I will be glad to do that for you as well. I’LL EVEN THROW IN NUTRITION ADVICE, CUZ WHY NOT??

The workouts are created so you can do them at home with no equipment. If you have the equipment, that’s a bonus, and we will use it. I will need your feedback so we can adjust the workouts individually for you and keep improving.
I give away free programs because I really believe being altruistic is one of the main factors in creating happiness. It doesn’t generate clients because people see free things as worthless, and they never get done. The only people a free program will help are:
1. Those that are highly motivated like athletes.
2. Those that just can’t afford $97 a month for coaching.

Online coaching allows me to make corrections as needed for optimizing each workout. It keeps you on track, prevents injuries and improves body mechanics. I will adjust your program as you go to make sure you are progressing at your rate to get the results you deserve.

I will also be keeping tabs on your diet and improve your meals as needed specifically for you through text message. There isn’t one diet that is for everyone. All of the above has to be adjusted as you go to keep progressing.
