He is a Registered Massage Therapist and has worked with the national rugby team in his country of Zimbabwe. There is no one on this planet that knows more about what exercises a person needs to get to their goals than Tendayi!
Travis Wade is a holistic personal trainer with over twelve years experience. He is an expert with weight loss and body building. His expertise has helped many people achieve their fitness goals and continues to. He studies the latest information and continues to take courses in health, happiness, fitness, and all things holistic.
With the help from this team of fitness enthusiasts, there is no stopping anyone from achieving their goals! It’s time to stop pondering the idea of a better you and let’s make it happen together!
We offer two options for online personal training. The first is workout programs designed for you each month along with nutrition information. It tells you what to eat and what not to eat and why. It has a lot of information and motivational stuff as well. Whether you are looking to gain weight or lose weight, the diet will have your interest in mind. ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
The second is the same as above plus feedback on how to improve the workouts and the nutrition. We will be in contact through text message and with the app. Online coaching allows us to make corrections as needed for optimizing each workout. It keeps you on track, prevents injuries and improves body mechanics. We will adjust your program as you go to make sure you are progressing at your rate to get the results you deserve.
We will also be keeping tabs on your diet and improve your meals as needed specifically for you through text message or email. There isn’t one diet that is for everyone. All of the above has to be adjusted as you go to keep progressing.

We will need you to click on the button below and fill out the form. Once you have signed up, we may have some questions for you. We will send you an invite to the app, and once you download the app and are ready to start, we will send you a specially designed program for you. You will have to give us your feedback to adjust the plan as needed. Once a month, you will receive a new workout program designed based on your needs.
