We offer two options for online personal training. The first is workout programs designed for you each month along with nutrition information. It tells you what to eat and what not to eat and why. For this option click the Monthly button below.
The second is the same as above plus feedback on how to improve the workouts and the nutrition. For this option click the button that says Monthly Plus.

Tendayi Tich is an expert in exercise with his masters degree in kinesiology and ergonomics! He is a Registered Massage Therapist and has worked with a national rugby team! Tendayi has the skills and the credentials to work with anyone on the planet!
Travis Wade is a holistic personal trainer with over twelve years experience! He is an expert with weight loss, strength, and body building. He studies the latest information and continues to take courses in health, happiness, fitness, and all things holistic. He has also been registered Emergency Medical Technician for 18 years.
