About Ashlee Wardle
Ashlee studied personal fitness training at NAIT, is a CSEP Certified personal trainer, and has 7 years of experience working with clients. She has competed as a bikini bodybuilder starting in 2015, placing many times across different federations both locally and in Australia. She has worked with a wide variety of clients varying from those with chronic disease and injuries, to soldiers, and coaching other bikini competitors. As much as she loves forming one on one relationships with clients, her personal journey started with group fitness, and gaining results through the fun of endurance and cardio training with others.
Ashlee is excited to be offering small group circuit training sessions through Travis Wade Fitness. She will guide participants through a fantastic workout that will build strength and endurance, while burning a ton of calories! Sessions will be available on Tuesdays at 7pm, and Fridays at 5:30pm. Sign up for one or both sessions at the low rate of $30 per session. They will sell out fast! There are only 5 spots available per session, so if you want a great workout for a very affordable price you’ll need to respond quickly. The location of these sessions will be at 9853 80 ave and they are an hour long. Nutrition will be included. Get in contact with Travis as soon as possible to reserve your spot!
