Get expert coaching from me. Leadership and accountability could be the missing ingredient you need to make this time count. There is a reason our clients are so successful, and it’s because we do great results and accountability checks. We will know when you’ve been sneaking in Oreo cookies or missing workouts. When you know that you can’t get away with it, all of a sudden, results happen because we WILL be checking your measurements; results begin to happen.
At the end of this 28-day challenge, one of these three
things will happen:
1. You love the plan and decide to repeat it on your own again. If this is the case, I’ll wish you the best of luck and ask that you keep in touch with me to let me know how you’re doing.
2. You love the plan and ask to become my client, so I can

What If I Have A Rotating Schedule?
We get it, life happens, and maybe it’s more than just your work schedule changing weekly, this is no problem. Just do your workout when you have time, and you’ll need to set aside a day a week to get groceries and meal prep.
But I’m happy to put it on the line like this because my clients always stay with me, send in great feedback, and report excellent results.

1. You have to be serious about achieving your goals.
This offer is for people who have a sincere desire to achieve their goals. If you’re the type of person who would eat broccoli and chicken all day, if that is what it takes, then you are perfect.
If you want to sit on the couch eating bonbons all day, we can’t work together.

2. You must make time to exercise.
What I mean is you’re going to have to get up and move.
You don’t have to become a bodybuilder, but we will need to find something you like and do it.
3. You MUST follow directions. (Don’t worry, I won’t ask you
to do anything weird.)
After all, if you don’t actually implement the things I give you,
neither one of us will see the results we want.
