Life Changing Events Part 2

Last week I was talking about life changing events. We have all had them. An epiphany or paradigm shift or an awakening of sorts. I have had some that really stand out and I feel the need to share them because I believe they can move others in the same way they moved me possibly. Last week I talked about the top 5 death bed regrets and this week I promised I would show you a tool to help decision making become simple and it was from a weekend summit I spent with Ken Larson as the host.

Life Changing Events

I have a few profound life changing events in my life and I would like to share one of those with you. I already told you about a weekend I spent with a bunch of personal trainers and how I came to my philosophy on life and in that same article I mentioned Brene Brown and a few other Ted Talks. That weekend had a huge impact on me but now I want to tell you about another weekend that was maybe even more profound.

I went through so much when I first started I couldn’t believe what was happening at the time. I thought it was a pretty incredible story and I always thought I should write it so here it is.

She talks about how it’s not comfortable and how we like to avoid it, but how it’s necessary. She casually mentions at some point how we are all here for connection. She says it’s why we breath, it’s why we get up in the morning, it’s what makes us tic.
